We can provide both document and parcel delivery services. The minimum weight will start at 500 grams and go indefinitely.
In the case of large items but light weight The shipping service provider will calculate the weight called Volume Weight or Dimension Weight. The formula for calculating is width x length x height divided by 5000 to get the weight. (unit in kilograms) then take the Volume Weight and compare it with the actual weight (Gross Weight) to get the weight that is used to charge the service fee.
